| DWA Takes Write Down on 'Flushed' | 15/11/06, 6:46pm EST
| DreamWorks Animation expects to take a write down on its latest animated endeavor 'Flushed Away.'
The animated Aardman film has failed to meet expectations in its two and a half weeks at the box office, bringing in around only $40 million domestically. Even with worldwide profits, DreamWorks Animation does not foresee the picture as able to regain its cost. The company is not sure how much the write down will be, as many things will factor into the final number. The final amount will be known when the fourth quarter ends on December 31st.
